New Patients Counsellor optimises service delivery at Muscat Eye Laser Center

7 May 2011, Muscat: Muscat Eye Laser Center’s (MELC) credentials as a world-class provider of corrective eye care services now come reinforced by a stamp of approval from the globally recognised International Organisation of Standardisation (ISO). Recently, the Sultanate’s leading eye-care services clinic was conferred the much-coveted ISO 9001-:2008 certification in a further demonstration of its unparalleled commitment to its patients. It builds on an earlier recognition, the ISO 9001:2000 certification, bestowed on the Center three years ago.
