كيف يتغير النظر خلال فترة الحمل؟





خلال فترة الحمل تحدث العديد من التغييرات في جسم المرأة ، بما في ذلك تغيرات في الرؤية / النظر ولكن هذه الأعراض تختفي عادة بعد الولادة سنشرح في هذه المدونة كيف ولماذا يتأثر النظر وما هي التغييرات التي يمكن أن تشير إلى مشاكل خطيرة تتطلب المسارعة لإجراء فحوصات للعين.

 جفاف العين

 
بعض النساء الحوامل يعانين من جفاف العينين. هذه الحالة يمكن أن تكون مزعجة للغاية ولكن يمكن علاجها بسهولة بالقطور. قومي باستشارة طبيب العيون الخاص بك لوصف أفضل القطور أثناء الحمل.كما يجدر الذكر أنه  قد لا تتناسب القطور مع بعض النساء الحوامل.

تغيرات في النظر – ضبابية في الرؤية

 
من الممكن أن تواجهي تغيرات في النظر أثناء الحمل وهذا بسبب التغيرات في الهرمونات. مما قد يؤدي إلى تغير مقاسات النظارات الخاصة بك . لا تتسرعي في تغيير الوصفة الطبية ، استشيري طبيب العيون الخاص بك أولاً حيث قد ينصحك بالانتظار بضعة أسابيع بعد الولادة لاتخاذ أي قرار.

حساسية من الضوء

 
بعض النساء الحوامل يعانين من الصداع النصفي بسبب التغيرات الهرمونية وهذا يسبب حساسية الضوء. من المهم أن تتحدث مع طبيبك قبل إستخدام أي وصفة طبية أو دواء لعلاج الصداع النصفي

إنتفاخ العيون

 
العيون المنتفخة شائعة في الأمهات الحوامل بسبب احتباس السوائل. إذا لاحظت أي انتفاخ غير عادي اتصل بطبيبك على الفور لأن هذا يمكن أن يكون علامة على تسمم الحمل. إن تسمم الحمل هو أحد مضاعفات الحمل التي تتميز بالانتفاخ وزيادة الوزن وارتفاع ضغط الدم وعلامات التلف لأعضاء أخرى مثل الكبد والكليتين.

حالات تعانين منها سابقا

إذا كنت قد تم تشخيص حالتك بالقرنية المخروطية ، أو الجلوكوما أو مرض السكري ، فمن المهم جداً إبلاغ طبيب العيون. يجب مراقبة أي تغييرات للرؤية عن كثب لمنع حدوث مضاعفات خطيرة

20 March 2010, Muscat : Dr. Patrick Humbert, an Ophthalmologist specialised in laser refractive surgery was recently in Muscat for a week long visit. During his stay, the French surgeon visited Muscat Eye Laser Center and watched Dr. Maria Clara Arbelaez perform two surgeries – Femto-LASIK and keratoconus.
